* In the unlikely event that you need to return a scaffold spanner to us, it will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. If it is found to be faulty then a replacement will be sent to you free of charge. If the item is damaged due to misuse then we cannot provide a replacement. The inspection process is likely to take 1-2 weeks.
