Our delivery prices to European countries are based on weight (the maximum of the volumetric and packaged weight of the products in your shopping basket).

For orders over 50kg in weight (or long length items) - please contact us for a quote!

If you are ordering multiple items then please feel free to contact us (email: sales@buybrandtools.com). We can provide more accurate (and possibly cheaper) shipping prices than those automatically generated by the website.

If any of the items in your order are not in stock then we will contact you by email and give you the option to cancel or amend your order - it's important that you provide us with an email address that you check regularly

Customs charges

Please be aware that your order will now be subject to taxes and import duties (that you as the customer are responsible for paying) upon delivery/collection as follows...

Goods value under £15/€22 - no VAT or duty
Goods value between £15/€22 and £135/€150 - import VAT only - this will be calculated at the import country rate, e.g. Ireland is 21%
Goods value over £135/€150 - import duty and VAT will be charged and is dependent upon the value, the commodity code and the country of origin
