Returns Policy

Please email us at sales@buybrandtools.com or call us on (0114) 251 3535 if you want to return an item for any reason.

Please check that you have received the correct items before using them - we can't accept returns on any items that have been used.

You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you aren't fully satisfied with the goods supplied for any reason, providing you return them to us in the same condition that you received them (i.e. not used), within 30 days of you receiving them.

If the goods supplied are damaged or if the wrong goods have been sent then we will also refund your return postage costs. If you are returning the goods for any other reason (than those stated above) then you would be expected to return the goods at your own cost.

Many of the goods we supply also have a manufacturer's warranty agreement. If your product develops a fault during usage, then please contact us. Your enquiry will be passed to the manufacturer, who may be able to repair or replace the item, according to the terms of their warranty agreement.

Please see our product descriptions for details of any included warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for the terms of the warranty agreement and for repairing the item.

Items that have been specially made to order cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, in which case we would exchange the goods for a fully functioning replacement. This is providing the goods have not been used. If they have been used then you may still be eligible for an exchange under the warranty agreement (if applicable) for the item. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds and exchanges can only be made once we have received the goods in question back into stock. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, with all packaging present if possible.

Refunds will be paid back to the payment method that you used to place your order.
